Prepare for your child’s birth virtually anywhere.

Virtual Birthing Class

This class prepares you and your partner to participate in the birthing process. Learn what to expect, including information on relaxation and comfort techniques, as well as pain management options, such as an epidural. This is a free class is offered virtually via Zoom the second Wednesday of every month from 6-9 pm. Register for one of our birthing classes.

Diabetes Support Group

The diabetes support group is an important resource for those diagnosed with diabetes, as well as their family members, friends and caretakers.

It provides a venue to meet and share experiences with others who have similar concerns about their condition and allows you to learn more about how to manage and control your diabetes.
