Valley Baptist Health System Women's Campaign Sweepstakes
Fill out the entry form and include your: name, address, e-mail address and phone number. To enter, you must be a person, 18 years old or older, a legal resident of the United States and living in the mainland United States. Each person may enter as many times as they want. Employees, and their immediate family members, of Baptist Health System and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. All entries must be made between September 9, 2026 and October 12, 2026. Winner will be selected in a random drawing held on October 13, 2026 from among all eligible entries. If the winner does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
Sweepstakes will begin on September 9, 2026 and will end on October 12, 2026 at 11:59PM.
Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Baptist Health System which are final and binding on all matters affecting these drawings. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and picture in any manner by Baptist Health System and its advertising and promotion agencies without further compensation.
Neither Valley Baptist Health System nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, or related companies are responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses that the winner might incur as a result of this drawing or receipt of prize. Winner accepting the prize agrees that the prize is awarded on the condition that neither Valley Baptist Health System nor its agents, representatives, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, or related companies has any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize. Valley Baptist Health System reserves the right to substitute a prize for another of equal or greater value.
Valley Baptist Health System reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or website, or who is deemed to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Baptist Health System also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the drawing. Baptist Health System assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
