As I've said before, Drew Stern goes out of hi way to get to know his patients on a personal level, if he's running behind, he apologizes profusely and makes it very clear he's sorry for the wait.He takes as much time as he intuitively knows that patient needs to understand the diagnosis and treatment. He listens to your chief concern and addresses it. I can't commend him enough for his empathy, level of professionalism and skill. It's because of him and his efforts, I am able to avoid surgery on my left ear due to a cholesteatoma. I wish more physicians had his love and dedication to his profession and those he treats.

I was the first appointment, so this was the fastest appointment I have had. However, if I have to wait long, I know there is a reason and it is not designed to inconvenience me or irritate me. Dr Noah Stern. Performed my nasal surgery several months ago. He corrected a serious issue that was overlooked and misdiagnosed by another well known ENT. I will forever be grateful for his care and saving what remains of the cartilage in my nose! He involved me in all decision making. I had an overflow experience at this office the staff was so nice it made me feel as if I had been a patient there for years!! The doctor was extra super and the assistant doctor were I love how they listen to what I have to say regardless of how long it was the patient that they had the care and I felt at home. I was a patient on the doctors listen to and every need was met more than I expected I can hear so clearly now since my ears been clean and they were so gentle while they were doing my ear and even the assistant held my hand as they were getting the wax out of my ear my daughter has been a patient at this office for years and she used to tell me all the time how nice they were I went with my daughter one time and I found that what everything she had been saying was true! So I decided that I have found the eye ear nose Doctor that would do my ears I am willing to pass on the good news and I have about this office and the staff I am 73 years old and I'm so grateful and I thank God for 2024 Dmc started off my "TAKE CARE OF ME" YEAR !! 12/30/24 OVERFLOW DOCTOR & STAFF THANK YOU ALL!!

All I can say that it was just awesome being there everyone was friendly from the time I came in until the time I left even in the hallway and it was real I am the kind of 73-year-old person if it was not I really would tell the truth! Every word I say is true what a blessing it was to help me start off my year of seeing about me and I can't think of a better ear doctor a place that I could have gone that could have been any better I will return and I'll definitely will tell others about it!

The staff worked in amazing overflows of ways to make sure that everything was taken care of in regards to me the team work that they did together was awesome especially when I got a little nervous the assistant assist me by putting her hand on my hand while I was on the table that meant so much to me and my daughter was there as well and I thank the doctor for doing the overflow job!

Doctor Stern is kind, patient, well-informed, trauma-informed, smart and inclusive of patients in all the details of his findings. And, despite being a complex care patient, Doctor Stern has always started from the most conservative treatment and moved up from there, including me in that decision as well. As a chronically-ill patient who has seen many providers, Doctor Stern is tops, truly. Just tops.

He's always willing to explain everything to me, and, once I wasn't able to be extubated after surgery and he made sure he was there when I woke up to let me know what had happened and what was going on, and apologized for the procedure not going as planned. They made me feel included in my care. They even took additional time to scope my sinus to assure me and give me that piece of mind that there were no underlining issues. I was very happy with my care from the time I scheduled my appointment to the time I left. The receptionists and medical assistants were very efficient and nice.

Dr. Stern was great with everything. I was at ease during the appointment. he made great eye contact and explained everything. he also checked for my understandings. I've already recommended him to everyone whether they need an ENT or not!

Dr.Stern gave me a detailed overview of my condition, my treatment options, and just for general questions and concerns I had. He took into account my personal beliefs when listing my options, and helped me to find a more than adequate resolution. The doctor was friendly, kind, and patient and I'd absolutely recommend him to anybody with an ear/nose/throat issue they seek to fix
