The ladies from the front desk were all helpful and friendly. After the consultation, they had us pay for the co-pay and they were very friendly and smiling. I was referred to the lady responsible for scheduling my date of surgery, I believe her name was Liz. She was so pleasant and caring I was actually "blown away". She took her time to explain everything to me and I could tell she wanted to make sure I knew everything I needed to know.
