Dr. To specializes in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease using endovascular and open neurosurgical techniques, as well as various spinal conditions using minimally invasive techniques resulting in improved post-operative pain control and reduced post op stay and earlier return to work. In addition to general neurosurgical procedures, he specializes in coil embolization of brain aneurysm, pipeline embolization/flow-diversion treatment of aneurysm, mechanical thrombectomies for stroke, carotid stent placement, AVM embolization, artificial cervical disc placement and balloon kyphoplasty. Microdiscectomy, laminectomy, lumbar fusion and sacroiliac fusion can be performed using a true minimally invasive technique with tubular retraction. The doctor and the front staff are always pleasant to me. Ms. Victoria is the best. She goes above and beyond. Her voice is always pleasant and calming. Dr. To always gives extra time and listen to everything. I love that he has his plan of action ready and has done his homework on you before you even come in the room. It's never a long wait and he had great bedside manners. I trust him with my life. He fixed me. As best as could be. An injury is the only reason it's coming apart, not him. After he gave me surgery I starting getting as close to normal as the rest of me allowed. I love the staff her they seem to care. I have referred people because of all of this. I am very happy here.

I am always in and out unless he has to explain in great details to another patient and that's fine because he gives me the same curtesy. Thus the reason I trust him. He let's you ask questions and he answers all of them and ask you questions too to better assess you and your situation. I never feel rushed with him. He remembered everything.
