I liked Dr. Alraies from the moment I saw him . I usually get a uncomfortabl vibe when a situation presents itself that I should reconsider, or even a person. I call it my 7th sense and 99.9 and 3/4 percent of the time, I am correct in following my own Instincts. I was scheduled for a ct test on monday febuary 2 2026. The company Corazon called me to confirm the appointment. I explained to them that I did not have the medication prescribed for the test metoprol 100mg and something else I cant recall that has been removed from my patient portal. It was explained to me to take the medication the night before and the day of the testing. I called my pharmacy 2/27/2024 and they did not have the prescription. I returned a call to Heart Hospital Dr. Alraies' office and was allowed to speak to the medical assistant, whom I explained in detail the conversation I had had with carazon represenative. I do not know his name and I did not ask what his name was. The representative informed me after explaining to him that I did not have the medication, " We will prep you when you get here". I am refusing to keep the appointment. I explained that I would rather take the medication that the doctor has prescribed in preparation for the test, and I would not allow them to prep me for any procedure. A return phone came call from the medical staff came from Dr. Airaie's office, who stated that after I finished telling her the response from the testing facility. "They no better than that. I will not be having the test. I can only wish that Heart Hospital and Dr. Alraies and his staff had the medical equipment needed on site for a ct heart scan. I will go without the test.

The Nursing Assistants were kind and helpful and very friendly. I was soooooo nervous about the procedure. But the nursing assistants put my mind at ease. Just speaking about the Dr. Plus the procedure was just as easy as they said it would be.

Dr. Alraeis has been wonderful from my first visit and again in the ED. He truely cares for his patients' well being and makes sure they understand exactly what's happening with their health. Chadi Alraies is the best cardiologist. He is incredibly thorough and figured out a cardiac issue in less than 5 days that another DMC cardiologist missed/misdiagnosed as an Endocrine system problem that caused me to go untreated for 6 months. Dr. Alraies is simply the best and we are extremely lucky to have him at the DMC/TPR.
