I still had to fill out 1 sheet of paperwork to inform the staff about medication changes if any. The amount of protein and liquid(water) intake. So concerning and attentive to my needs in regards to the amount of food, carbs, protein that I need to eat more of. That made me realize that I need more protein and not to rush to get more weight off of me.

The nursing assistant was/is so kind, and she made me feel as though I was only one who ever had surgery through this office. Told me that she was proud of me and to continue on the right path because I was doing a WONDERFUL JOB. Which made my day, and made me feel like I was definitely headed in the right direction. Sometimes you just need to hear those extra words of encouragement. I smiled the entire time that she was in the room with me. Taking vitals and just encouraging. I always tell people if they're thinking about weight loss surgery. This office and staff makes it all worth it. Not just for taking the steps to do surgery, but to be there with you even after the procedure. I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them all.

I recommend this office and staff to anyone who is interested in doing weight loss surgery. My sister had doubts about it. But I have spoke so highly about this staff that she wants to get more information about the procedure. So we will see. Because I think that they are very good at what they do and make you feel so at ease.

From the nursing assistant to the nurse practitioner. They washed their hands as soon as they made sure that they were in the correct room with the correct patient. They washed their hands and still followed up with hand sanitizer. Which made me feel like they were concerned about my well being.

Just my luck I had phone issues and wasn't able to be on time, after the repair, I was able to use my phone and call and apologize and to my surprise the doctor got in touch with me and was able to give me the appointment that same day. I was so happy and now we can continue the journey of getting me to feeling better/ getting back to good health.
