Everything from Valet parking to my visit with Cole Hicks was very professional and pleasant. He explained in simple detail what issue I was having, why it didn't need anything just yet and it might not change. He took the time to listen (VERY important to me) to me and address any concerns (even if they were silly/dumb). My visit was as any really should be, not rushed, not confusing, not getting pushed out of the way for another patient. I have absolutely no complaints, everyone was nice and Informative. Even enjoyed the lady that made my return visit. She was into tiny rubber duckies.

Everyone in the building had a Welcoming presence they welcomed me to the clinic and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Hicks was very pleasant and he explained everything to me about the test and procedure that he needed to get before he proceeded with any diagnosis and tests. Dr. Hicks and his staff are very pleasant and makes the people feel comfortable, and the clinic well so so clean.
