DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan has been recognized for the sixth consecutive year by Newsweek as one of America’s Best Physical Rehabilitation Centers.

Newsweek’s 2025 list recognizes 320 leading inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRFs) in the U.S. that exemplify the best patient care practices in inpatient physical rehabilitation and set an example for others.

The facilities are ranked based on the following data:

• Quality metrics for IRFs published by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
• A national online survey conducted by Newsweek among experts in the field
• Accreditation data provided by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Model Systems Knowledge Translation Center.
• Google reviews for patient satisfaction.
