DMC Hutzel Women’s Hospital unveils postpartum and obstetrics triage renovations
The DMC Hutzel Women’s Hospital team gave a tour to WDIV Local 4 to showcase the completed renovations on 22 newly upgraded postpartum rooms and eight obstetrics triage rooms.
Brittany Lavis, Group Chief Executive Officer at the DMC, met with WDIV news anchor Kimberly Gill to share the many features moms will see with the multimillion dollar investment, and how Hutzel is raising the standard in metro Detroit for childbirth and recovery. This includes a deep focus on quality of care and birth outcomes, partnerships with doulas, and resources for families.
