Zainab Naji, MD, is the medical director of DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan’s (RIM) Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program. She also serves Assistant Clinical Professor at the Wayne State University School of Medicine.

Dr. Naji joined RIM in 2016 after completing her PM&R residency at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital/University of Chicago Hospitals. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in physiological science from University of California Los Angeles and received her Doctor of Medicine degree from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. Dr Naji is a board-certified physiatrist who specializes in treating rehab patients with amputations, joint replacements, burns, organ transplants, and ventricular assist devices (VADs).

Dr. Naji is fluent in Arabic.
