Deloris Hunt is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the DMC and is responsible for the overall direction of human resources including HR policies, workforce planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR information systems, labor and employee relations and training and leadership development. Hunt has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and prior to joining the DMC in 2005, she was employed at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, Ann Arbor, Michigan a part of the Trinity System as system director of HR for six years; and she also spent 19 years at Henry Ford Health System holding various positions in human resources. Hunt earned a master’s degree in general administration from Central Michigan University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, general management from Wayne State University.
