Andrew joined the DMC as the Chief Executive Officer of Children's Hospital of Michigan in July 2026. Andrew is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience at our sister hospitals, where he has consistently advanced operational performance, patient experience and service line growth. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Lakewood Medical Center and Interim Chief Operating Officer for Los Alamitos Medical Center in California.

He earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Sector Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Human Biology, Health and Society from Cornell University. He also conducted research at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.

Andrew is recognized as a collaborative, visible and results-oriented leader who values strong relationships with physicians, employees and the communities he serves. He combines strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership and is committed to fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
