Joe Egan joined the DMC as Market Director of Ambulatory Services and Chief of Staff in December of 2022. Prior to coming to the DMC, Joe served as the Senior Director of Value-Based Programs for Tenet Healthcare, where he led Tenet’s corporate strategy and operational excellence of health care transformation. He has deep experience in both hospital operations and managing complex health issues at a national level. This includes programs and initiatives such as Medicare Bundle Models, Accountable Care Organizations, and the development of nationally recognized orthopedic and bariatric Centers of Excellence.

Joe earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Michigan State University, and a master’s in health administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
