I was in a lot of pain in my right knee and some pain in my left knee. She explain if I wanted to be aggressive with the pain. I took it for granted that she check the x-rays from emergency on my right knee and they took x-rays of my left knee. I am very concern of when the injections will help so far still in a lot of pain. But the DO was good at explaining what would possible happen . I am grateful for that!

I was a walk-in patient with no prior appointment for this department. I was in pain and certainly appreciated the immediate attention. The doctor diagnosed my pain based somewhat on my history and recommended a solution. I took her advise, received a cortisone shot and was able to return home with reduced pain. I came there for a second opinion regarding an injured leg. I have been there another time to see Doctor.Goitz. I was referred to him and he was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, thorough, concerned, and professional. I learned he was gone and that I was to see this lady Dr. I didn't mind because I was looking forward to the quality care that Dr. Goitz gave. I can't change anything now. I'm scheduled for an MRI. Dr. Anderson needs to find a different profession. I don't know what to expect after this appointment. I've already been through a lot.

Dr. Anderson was VERY HELPFUL SHE KNEW WHAT I HAD GOING ON BECAUSE SHE HAS HAD THE SURGERY THAT I AM AFRAID OF SHE AS WELL AS THE STAFF THAT PROVIDED ME WITH THE BRACE FOR MY KNEE. HE SAID HE HAS HAD THE SURGERY AND HE HAS BEEN FINE HE ALSO LET ME KNOW SOME PEOPLE DON'T GET THE SURGERY HAS BEEN ABLE TO USE THE CONDITION WAY ( INJECTIONS & REMOVING FLUIDS FROM MY KNEE) DR. ANDERSON ALSO GOT ME TOGETHER AND SHE ALSO HAS HAD THE SURGERY ON BOTH HER KNEES AND SHE IS DOING GREAT. SHE. ALSO KNOW I AM AFRAID AND SHE WAS ASSURING ME ON HOW THE EVERYTHING WOULD GO. SHE ALSO MADE SURE ON HOW I FELT AS WELL AS THE ASST. THAT FITTED MY KNEE BRACE TRIED TO HIVE ME CONFIDENCE THAT I WILL BE OK THE NURSE ASST SHE WAS A LITTLE ITERATED AT ME BECAUSE OF ME MAKING SURE I CHECKED IN RIGHT ON THE. TABLET SHE JUST WAS READY TO GET ME IN THE EXAM ROOM BUT AFTER SHE SAW ME CRYING SHE BECAME MORE CONCERNED SHE FOUNDED OUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND SHE SHOWED ME MORE CONCERNED. SHE THEN TOLD ME TO TAKE MY TIME ON TALKING TO DR.SHAWBIT THE SURGEON. THAT DOES THE SURGERY SHE ALSO CALLED ME BACK TO SEE IF I WAS READY TO SST UP CONSULTATION WITH DR.SHAWBIT SO I REALLY APPRECIATE THE STAFF I WILL BE BACK AND I HAVE ALREADY PUT OUT THE GOOD WORD ABOUT MY VISIT AND THE STAFF AND DR.ANDERSON . The dr. Main concern was to recommend him to a surgeon she did not even bother looking who he had at the last visit. She made sure that I know how good she is, at the end of the day I don't care what famous people you treat I care how you take care of me.

I was a little early and this was not a issue at all. I was greated and taken care of immediately, upon checking in I was taken to the exam room with in minutes and the Nurse practitioner took my vitals and a quick word up as to my reason for my visit. Then the doctor came in shortly after and discussed my issues in a understanding and thoughtful way. She was not only knowledgeable but, caring and thorough. I was treated for the immediate issue along with given a referral to proceed to find out the root cause of my painful injury.
