I was very happy that the doctor listened to what I had to say and asked questions to get to the pertinent details. He showed me the results of my X Rays and explained the information in a way I could understand. He spent a lot of time with me and did not try and push me out the door.

Off topic slightly--I mentioned at PT that I had came in for a cortisone shot. They asked who my doctor was, and I gave his name. I have never heard so many people praise a doctor before. I believed I had made the right decision to get treated and they confirmed it.

The ladies at the front desk are very kind. Dr. Morasso has given me hope that I haven't had in a long time. He listened to all of my concerns and my long history with my right hip. He explained everything, every step of the way. The adjustment he did provided me actual pain relief I have not been able to achieve with medicine. He is so soft spoken and kind. I truly wish I would have visited him years ago. I look forward to my next appointment and am so thankful I was referred to this office.

I rate my doctors by how well they can do their job not on whether or not they have excellent bedside manner! Dr. Morasso is amazing , kind and fantastic at his job. His worth should not be subjected to and based on surveys but by the number of patients he makes feel better and helps to rehabilitate!

She did a great job. I told her I was going to ask the doctor about a medication I already had prescribed and if I should start taking it again. While I was with the doctor I forgot to ask him about it. Well as I was leaving the doctor came back up to me as I was checking out and asked me about the medication. So all in all the I really appreciated that the nurse reminded/remembered and that the doctor took the time to come back up to me to discuss it!

I think this is a great practice. Between Drs. Mackey and Marosso I couldn't ask for better. Both take their time to listen and and truly help me. I live in Troy so I come quite aways to come to these doctors.

If I was late (within a reasonable amount of time) being called back I assume the doctor was with another patient before me. If I were that patient I would appreciate the the doctor taking the extra time with me!

I would personally like to thank Dr. John Morasso for the excellent care I have received. He Diagnosed my knee pain and implemented a plan to get me going again. I can work now with no pain and I'm making progress getting back to long distance bicycling. Dr. Morasso is a true professional with the great ability to explain and listen.
