Event Medical Coverage

The DMC Sports Medicine team provides event coverage for a wide range of sporting events, bringing our seasoned experts on-site to care for injured athletes. If you are interested in having one of our certified athletic trainers cover your event, please call (313) 910-9328 with your event details and we will respond promptly to your inquiry. Our NATA certified athletic trainers, travel to locations in the metro Detroit area.

Athletic trainer event coverage includes:

• Staffing by certified and licensed athletic trainers
• Pre-event taping
• Injury evaluation
• First aid for injuries and illnesses
• Referral to emergency room, urgent care or physician as needed
• Access to our injury prevention hotline for immediate sports medicine scheduling 24/7.

Pricing

For event coverage by one of our certified athletic trainers, the fee is $50/hour per ATC: 50% is required upon start of the event, and 50% is due at the end of the event. Please make checks payable to: DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan.
