We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. DMC Fitness Center "On the Go"

Stretch Breaks (FREE):

Rehab Trainers will travel directly to your department to provide a 15-20 minute dynamic warm-up, light body weight exercises, and stretches for your staff. Stretch breaks are a great way to get your morning started or middle of the day "pick me up". Stretching increases circulation, flexibility, mental awareness and focus, reduces stress and fatigue, and helps alleviate muscle stiffness/tightness and low back pain. Handouts/Exercises are provided. All we ask of you is to provide a space equivalent to the expected number of people who will join us for this service.

Stress Relief Yoga (FREE):

Rehab Trainers will travel directly to your department to provide a 15-20 minute meditative flow of yoga poses and deep breathing techniques to help reduce stress and increase flexibility. All we ask of you is to provide a space equivalent to the expected number of people who will join us for this service.
