Bachar Hachwa, M.D.

Cardiac Anesthesia

Dr. Bachar Hachwa is board certified in anesthesiology and perioperative transesophgeal echo with over 15 years experience as a clinician, healthcare executive, and consultant. A Harvard cardiac anesthesiologist graduate, he completed his medical degree at The University of Aleppo and his anesthesia residency at Maimonides Medical Center in New York. Dr. Hachwa’s has experience in both academic and private practice.

Dr. Hachwa is actively involved in his community and is the founder of the NAAMA chapter in Central Ohio. He has also served to the national board of directors for this humanitarian organization. Needless to say he has been involved in anesthesia organizations the most important is the American Society of Anesthesia and serves on its committees helping shape the practice of anesthesia nationally.
