  1. What are the pay rates for DMC Coders?

The DMC conducts annual reviews of the market to ensure that pay ranges are competitive. In the case of jobs which have a tight supply of talent in the market, like coding, more frequent reviews may be conducted, as needed. Coders are made salary offers within the pay range based on their related experience and credentials. The Health for Life initiative provides healthy living options including eating, exercising, and disease management. As part of this initiative, DMC introduced the Lose2Win program in January 2012, healthier food options in the cafeterias and vending machines, and made fresh fruit and vegetables from the Eastern Market available on site at several hospitals. DMC will continue to implement strategies to improve the health of our current and future workforce.
