The goal of the Berry Surgery Center staff is to make your visit to our facility as pleasant as possible. To help us reach this goal, please read the information below and follow the instructions carefully. It is important that you review this information no later than a day before your surgery.

What you should know
Please read the following instructions in the given order to help us make your visit to our facility as pleasant as possible.
Once your physician has scheduled you for surgery, a registered nurse will call to review your medical history.
You should call (248) 851-6767 the evening before your surgery between 2 -5 p.m. to verify your arrival time. If your surgery is on Monday, you should call on Friday evening. If your surgery is the day after a holiday, call the last working day prior to the holiday.
You will need to provide a list of medications you are currently taking, the dosage, any health concerns you have and any other information you feel known.
The anesthesiologist should review this information and you may be contacted in the event any tests are needed before your surgery.
