Our program is recognized nationally as an Accredited Comprehensive Bariatric Surgery Center by the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program, and has earned the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval for Bariatric Surgery. Surgical services offered at Harper and DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital include: Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass, Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy, Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Banding, Duodenal Switch and the use of Robotic Assisted technique for bariatric surgery.
