Neck and back pain is one of the most common complaints of pain in the modern population. While the majority of patients can be successfully treated conservatively without surgery, a small number will need surgery. At the DMC there are physicians and therapists specializing in neck and back pain who are able to provide complete and comprehensive evaluations and treatment programs that can satisfy every patient’s needs.

How does the Program Work?
It all begins with a call to the DMC Spine & Back Program Coordinator. In one easy call, our DMC Spine & Back Coordinator will help connect patients to the specialized area best suited to their individualized care plan. The DMC Spine & Back Program Coordinator can be reached at 1-866-222-5824.

If a referral to a specialty physician is indicated, we will directly schedule the appointment(s).
You may indicate which DMC specialist you wish the patient to see, or if there is no preference, the DMC Spine & Back Program Coordinator will help find a physician and/or service.

Initial Physician Back & Spine Assessments
If a patient is experiencing back pain but you are uncertain as to the reason or course of treatment, the patient may be scheduled for an Initial Back/Spine Assessment from any of the following physicians:
