The CDC has revised how to dose Oseltamivir in infants less than 12 months of age. They are now recommending that the dose of Oseltamivir be weight based rather than age based. New recommendations are as follows:
Use of Oseltamivir as prophylaxis in infants less than three months of age is not recommended unless the situation is judged critical due to limited data on use in this age group.
