HELP MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Patients who receive exceptional care often ask if there is anything they can do to thank their caregiver – something that is extra special. If you are a grateful patient, you know someone who would greatly appreciate recognition from you.

Be a part of our provider recognition team!
Please consider making a donation in honor of the DMC physician, nurse, therapist, or other staff who made a difference in your visit or stay. You will not only recognize your caregiver but contribute to their continued work.
Your donation will help your provider help other patients. Healthcare providers need the latest medical equipment and facilities to practice the best medicine. You, along with ALL of our patients, deserve the best.
As a result of your donation, your healthcare provider will be recognized by his/her hospital president. You will receive a personal thank you from the provider and your name will be included in our annual employee/physician recognition day brochure.
DMC doctors, nurses, therapists and hospital staff have one purpose: to help you feel better. Our caregivers come to work for one reason: to care for you in the best possible way. Each day, our staff and providers do large and small things that touch the lives of patients and their families. If you have had a standout experience, we would like to know.
