Meet the Staff


The staff of the DMC Fitness Training Center is ready and waiting to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals.


Craig Deleon, Manager, Health, Wellness, & Fitness

Craig has been in the health and wellness industry managing corporate wellness programs for Ford Motor Company as well as assisting with Chrysler LLC for the past seven years.
Craig is a certified personal trainer who has worked with people at all levels from competitive athletes to those who just want to maximize their health. He is available to answer many of your health and wellness questions, to help you achieve results.



Cassandra Kish, Trainer

Cassie obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Clinical Exercise from Grand Valley State University.  Cassie was a member of the GVSU Dance Troupe for five semesters and was the hip-hop choreographer for two semesters.  She has spent time in Cardiac Rehab and Stress Testing at Huron Valley Sinai Hospital.  She enjoys teaching group exercise classes and motivating others to be active and healthy. Cassie is a Certified Personal Trainer through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).


Erin Szaroleta, Trainer

Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fitness and Sport Management from
Saginaw Valley State University. While at SVSU, she was a four year starter on the Women’s Soccer team and went on to become their Strength Training and Conditioning Coach in 2004.  She began her fitness career in corporate sector serving such clients as Ford Motor Company and Visteon Corporation. Erin is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and believes that a healthy lifestyle is attainable with the key knowledge of progression, patience, and consistency.



Mary Thompson, Fitness Representative

Mary is a lead resource for the fitness center promoting sales, touring potential members, and assisting customers with questions and concerns.  She currently is attending HFCC with a special concentration in Fitness Leadership while studying for certifications in Personal Training and Group Exercise.


Tiffany Grubaugh, MS, CSCS, PES, Rehab Trainer

Tiffany Grubaugh attended Salem High School and Northern Michigan University where she was a basketball player and field event athlete. She went on to play one season of professional basketball in Marburg, Germany. Since then, her love for fitness and sports performance has led her to work at various facilities, gyms and schools gaining knowledge and experience as a personal trainer, sports performance coach, college basketball coach, and operations coordinator. Tiffany is currently a rehab trainer at DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, where she splits her time between the Brasza Fitness Center and the Center for Spinal Cord Injury Recovery. She also coaches high school sports and has a personal mission of helping others to be healthy, active and happy by finding balance and fitness in all aspects of life. She holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Health promotion, and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA, a performance enhancement specialist through the NASM, and a certified specialist in speed and explosion for sports competition through the NASE.
