The
DMC Fitness Training Center offers the following group exercise sessions:

 

Bootcamp
Combines traditional core and body weight exercises with strength and interval training. A supportive and motivational workout that will inspire participants to work their hardest.

Body Sculpt
This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. All major muscle groups will be worked from head to toe, focusing on opposite muscle groups to ensure symmetrical training. Finishing with core training and stretching for a complete workout. A conditioning class to improve overall fitness including balance, strength and flexibility.



Circuit Training

Individuals will move continuously through different stations of exercise focusing on various muscle groups.



Core Basics
Focuses on exercises to strengthen the abdominals and lower back.


Cycling

A fun and effective cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. The instructor incorporates basic to intermediate techniques with a focus on proper form and offers more challenging options for experienced participants. An energizing ride will torch calories and remain low-impact on your joints.


Pilates
An excellent way to tone and develop muscles, improve posture, strengthen the back, flatten the stomach, improve flexibility, reduce stress and bring the mind in tune with the body.



Sculpt & Abs
A mixture of strength and toning exercises for abdominal conditioning and major muscle groups including using your own body resistance, bands, weights, step and stability balls. All levels are welcome to attend!



Senior Kicks
A kickboxing class for seniors that will allow older adults to sit in a chair (or stand if they have good balance) while incorporating punches and kicks for a total body workout.


Yoga
A workout that builds flexibility and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music that bring the body and mind into a state of harmony and balance.


Zumba

"Ditch the workout, join the PARTY!" Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will spice up your usual fitness routine.
