DMC Children’s Hospital of Michigan ranks among the nation’s top 30 hospitals in the U.S.News & World Report’s 2010-11 edition of Best Children’s Hospitals. As a major referral center for all aspects of pediatric cardiology and having performed more pediatric heart transplants than any other hospital in the state, the Children’s Hospital of Michigan has been recognized among the best for heart and heart surgery.
"We are honored to be recognized for the care we provide to the patients and families we are so privileged to serve,” said Children’s Hospital of Michigan President Herman B. Gray, M.D. “The recognition is a reflection of the expertise of the entire pediatric cardiology and surgical team and their continued commitment to providing the best possible care.”
U.S.News & World Report's 2010-11 edition of Best Children’s Hospitals will be published in the August issue of the magazine on newsstands July 27.
